Richard L. Wright, MD, RPVI

Richard L. Wright, MD, RPVI is a Medical Doctor who attended medical school at the University of Miami. He is Board Certified in Family Practice, and has been practicing in Lake City since 1977. He is the Medical Director for the practice, and is considered one of the finest physicians in the state of Florida. He specializes in adult care, and treats many patients with multiple extreme and complex illnesses.

Sheri Borchardt, APRN-C

Sheri Borchardt APRN-C graduated in 2016 as a family advanced practice registered nurse, certified in managing both acute and chronic illnesses across the lifespan. She is also trained in providing preventative medicine, wellness physicals, and female annual exams. She is a caring, compassionate, and thorough healthcare provider who truly has a love for the medical profession.

Kyle B. Wright, PA-C

Kyle B. Wright, PA-C is a certified Physician Assistant who graduated with a Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Florida in 2009. He has a growing devotion of patients and is qualified to manage patients with all manner of illnesses. He specializes in adult care, and treats many patients with multiple complex illnesses.

Haley Herrin, APRN

Haley is a board-certified family nurse practitioner currently specializing in primary care. Prior to obtaining her Nurse Practitioner license in 2022, Haley worked as a Registered Nurse and Certified Nursing Assistant for over 10 years. She is a compassionate and thorough caregiver with a passion for the medical profession.
